Small groups continue to sprout up!  Our Small Group Ministries at St. James are a blessing and a gift.  Small groups gather for fellowship and faith exploration.  Out of their small group experiences members have found profound pastoral support and growth in life changing attitudes and priorities.

What all small groups have in common is they begin in prayer, have God as their focus in discussion and activity and close in prayer.  Each group is autonomous in that they have decided among themselves what their focus will be in exploring further their faithful relationship with God and each other.  Some groups use a book as their focus, some watch movies which inspire conversation, some invite guest speakers, some find purposeful work to do for church and/or community.

Some groups meet at homes, church, in different community locations and over a meal. Small Groups are a wonderful opportunity for getting to know others at St. James outside the pews.
